Messy Fruit and Rawnola Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 2 medjool dates
  • 2 tbsp flax
  • tons of cinnamon
  • a couple splashes of soy milk
  • berries
  • mango

Preparation

  1. Pulse the rawnola ingredients until it starts to stick together.

  2. Defrost the berries and mango.

  3. Mix all ingredients together and enjoy.
