Strawberry, Blueberry, and Vanilla Baked Oats
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp rolled oats
- 100ml soy milk
- a handful chopped berries
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 tsp golden syrup
- sliced strawberries
- flaked almonds
- 1 tsp coconut sugar
Preparation
Mix 3 tbsp of rolled oats with 100ml of soy milk.
Add a handful of chopped berries, 1 tsp of chia seeds, 1/2 tsp of vanilla essence, and 1 tsp of golden syrup.
Top with sliced strawberries and some flaked almonds.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Remove from oven, top with 1 tsp of coconut sugar, and bake for another 10 minutes.
