Strawberry, Blueberry and Vanilla Baked Oats

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp of rolled oats
  • 100ml of soy milk
  • chopped berries
  • 1tsp of chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp of vanilla essence and 1 tsp of golden syrup. I then topped with sliced strawberries and some flaked almonds

Preparation

  1. To make this I mixed 3 tbsp of rolled oats with 100ml of soy milk

  2. Then I added a handful of chopped berries, 1tsp of chia seeds, 1/2 tsp of vanilla essence and 1 tsp of golden syrup

  3. I then topped with sliced strawberries and some flaked almonds

  4. I baked for 10 mins, removed from oven, topped with a tsp of coconut sugar and baked for a further 10 minutes
