Strawberry, Blueberry, and Vanilla Baked Oats

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp rolled oats
  • 100ml soy milk
  • a handful chopped berries
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 tsp golden syrup
  • sliced strawberries
  • flaked almonds
  • 1 tsp coconut sugar

Preparation

  1. Mix 3 tbsp of rolled oats with 100ml of soy milk.

  2. Add a handful of chopped berries, 1 tsp of chia seeds, 1/2 tsp of vanilla essence, and 1 tsp of golden syrup.

  3. Top with sliced strawberries and some flaked almonds.

  4. Bake for 10 minutes.

  5. Remove from oven, top with 1 tsp of coconut sugar, and bake for another 10 minutes.
