Vanilla Matcha Cauli Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup gluten-free oats
  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice
  • 1 spoon vanilla matcha protein
  • Splash of almond milk

Toppings

  • Frozen cherries
  • Raspberries
  • Fig
  • Sesame and honey butter

Preparation

  1. Soak the gluten-free oats in water or milk for desired time.

  2. In a bowl, combine the soaked oats, frozen cauliflower rice, vanilla matcha protein, and a splash of almond milk.

  3. Mix all ingredients together until well combined.

  4. Add the toppings: frozen cherries, raspberries, fig, and sesame and honey butter.
