Vanilla Matcha Cauli Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup gluten-free oats
- 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice
- 1 spoon vanilla matcha protein
- Splash of almond milk
Toppings
- Frozen cherries
- Raspberries
- Fig
- Sesame and honey butter
Preparation
Soak the gluten-free oats in water or milk for desired time.
In a bowl, combine the soaked oats, frozen cauliflower rice, vanilla matcha protein, and a splash of almond milk.
Mix all ingredients together until well combined.
Add the toppings: frozen cherries, raspberries, fig, and sesame and honey butter.
