Thick Oatibix Cauliflower Porridge Bowl
Ingredients
- 2 oatibix
- 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice
- 1 spoon vanilla protein powder
- Almond milk
Toppings
- frozen raspberries
- fig
- deep roast peanut butter
Preparation
Crumble the oatibix.
Place the crumbled oatibix and frozen cauliflower rice in a microwave-safe bowl.
Add almond milk to cover the mixture.
Microwave for 2 minutes.
Stir in the vanilla protein powder after microwaving.
