Ingredients

  • 2 oatibix
  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice
  • 1 spoon vanilla protein powder
  • Almond milk

Toppings

  • frozen raspberries
  • fig
  • deep roast peanut butter

Preparation

  1. Crumble the oatibix.

  2. Place the crumbled oatibix and frozen cauliflower rice in a microwave-safe bowl.

  3. Add almond milk to cover the mixture.

  4. Microwave for 2 minutes.

  5. Stir in the vanilla protein powder after microwaving.
