Cauliflower Oat Porridge with Apple

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup gluten-free soaked oats
  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice
  • dash coconut almond milk
  • pinch salt
  • 1 egg white

Toppings

  • cinnamon-sautéed apple
  • fig
  • coconut almond butter

Preparation

  1. Cook the oats and cauliflower rice with coconut almond milk and salt until soft.

  2. Sauté the apple with cinnamon until tender.

  3. Add the egg white to the porridge at the end for extra thickness and protein.

  4. Top the porridge with fig and coconut almond butter.
