Gingerbread Cauliflower Oats Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup gluten-free oats
  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice
  • Splash of almond milk
  • Loads of cinnamon
  • Gingerbread syrup
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 egg white

Toppings

  • Stewed cinnamon apple
  • Honey
  • Sesame butter

Preparation

  1. Soak the gluten-free oats in water or almond milk to help digestion.

  2. Combine the soaked oats with frozen cauliflower rice, almond milk, cinnamon, gingerbread syrup, and salt in a bowl.

  3. Mix well and heat or blend until creamy and comforting.

  4. Add the egg white at the end to refuel from workout.

  5. Top with stewed cinnamon apple, honey, and sesame butter before serving.
