Creamy Banana Cinnamon Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup soaked oats
  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice
  • 1/4 frozen banana chunks
  • Pea mylk
  • 1 tsp flax
  • Loads of cinnamon
  • Pinch salt

Toppings

  • gingerbread stewed apple
  • warm blueberries
  • sesame n honey butter

Preparation

  1. Blend the soaked oats, frozen cauliflower rice, frozen banana chunks, pea mylk, flax, cinnamon, and salt until smooth and creamy

  2. Optionally heat the mixture in a pot or microwave if desired

  3. Prepare the toppings by stewing apples with gingerbread spices, warming the blueberries, and mixing sesame with honey to create butter

  4. Add the prepared toppings to the oat mixture and serve
