Matcha Ginger Cauli Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup soaked gf oats
  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice
  • Dash skinny oat milk
  • Pinch salt
  • Loads of cinnamon
  • Squirt of gingerbread syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • 1/2 tsp matcha

Toppings

  • cinnamon sautéed apple
  • warm raspberries
  • sesame honey butter

Preparation

  1. Combine soaked gf oats, frozen cauliflower rice, dash of skinny oat milk, pinch of salt, loads of cinnamon, squirt of gingerbread syrup, and egg white in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat until thickened and creamy.

  2. Stir in matcha powder at the end.

  3. Prepare and add toppings as desired.

Topping prep

  1. Sauté apple with cinnamon until tender.

  2. Warm raspberries gently.

  3. Use sesame honey butter as is or prepare if needed.
