Matcha Cacao Cauliflower Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup soaked gluten-free oats
- 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice
- 1/2 cup coconut almond milk
- 1 tsp coco gogo blend
Toppings
- cinnamon apple
- frozen raspberries
- peanut butter
Preparation
Combine the soaked gluten-free oats, frozen cauliflower rice, coconut almond milk, and coco gogo blend in a bowl or jar. Mix well or blend for a smoother texture
Sauté the cinnamon apple with a dash of cinnamon until soft
Add the frozen raspberries and peanut butter on top of the base mixture
Serve immediately or refrigerate overnight for enhanced flavor
