Matcha Cacao Cauliflower Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup soaked gluten-free oats
  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice
  • 1/2 cup coconut almond milk
  • 1 tsp coco gogo blend

Toppings

  • cinnamon apple
  • frozen raspberries
  • peanut butter

Preparation

  1. Combine the soaked gluten-free oats, frozen cauliflower rice, coconut almond milk, and coco gogo blend in a bowl or jar. Mix well or blend for a smoother texture

  2. Sauté the cinnamon apple with a dash of cinnamon until soft

  3. Add the frozen raspberries and peanut butter on top of the base mixture

  4. Serve immediately or refrigerate overnight for enhanced flavor
