Apple Cinnamon Cauliflower Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup gluten-free oats
- 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice
- Splash of almond milk
- Cinnamon
- Cinnamon syrup
- Cinnamon apple
- 1 egg white
- Blueberries
- Sesame and honey butter
Preparation
Soak the oats overnight.
Stew the cinnamon apple.
Combine the soaked oats, frozen cauliflower rice, almond milk, cinnamon, cinnamon syrup, and egg white in a bowl.
Mix well to achieve a creamy consistency.
Top with blueberries and sesame honey butter.
Note: Adding egg white provides extra thickness and helps keep you full longer.
