Apple Cinnamon Cauliflower Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup gluten-free oats
  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice
  • Splash of almond milk
  • Cinnamon
  • Cinnamon syrup
  • Cinnamon apple
  • 1 egg white
  • Blueberries
  • Sesame and honey butter

Preparation

  1. Soak the oats overnight.

  2. Stew the cinnamon apple.

  3. Combine the soaked oats, frozen cauliflower rice, almond milk, cinnamon, cinnamon syrup, and egg white in a bowl.

  4. Mix well to achieve a creamy consistency.

  5. Top with blueberries and sesame honey butter.

  6. Note: Adding egg white provides extra thickness and helps keep you full longer.
