Cinnamon and Mango Cauliflower Oats

- 1/2 cup gluten-free oats (soaked)
- frozen cauliflower rice
- pea milk
- cinnamon
- cinnamon syrup
- 1 spoon coconut flour
- mango
Toppings
- fig
- deep roast peanut butter
Preparation
Soak the gluten-free oats.
Combine the soaked oats with frozen cauliflower rice, pea milk, cinnamon, cinnamon syrup, and mango.
Add coconut flour at the end for extra thickness.
Top with fig and deep roast peanut butter.
