Cinnamon Date Cauli Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup soaked oats
  • 1 teaspoon flaxseed
  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice
  • 1 date
  • Cinnamon
  • Splash of pea milk
  • 1 egg white

Toppings

  • Frozen berries
  • Almond maca butter

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients except toppings in a bowl and mix well.

  2. Heat the mixture on the stove or in the microwave until warmed and thickened, if desired.

  3. Add toppings and serve immediately.
