Cinnamon Date Cauli Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup soaked oats
- 1 teaspoon flaxseed
- 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice
- 1 date
- Cinnamon
- Splash of pea milk
- 1 egg white
Toppings
- Frozen berries
- Almond maca butter
Preparation
Combine all ingredients except toppings in a bowl and mix well.
Heat the mixture on the stove or in the microwave until warmed and thickened, if desired.
Add toppings and serve immediately.
