Cinnamon Proats A Healthy Breakfast Dish

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 scoop vegan protein powder (vanilla)
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon maca powder
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup frozen cauliflower rice

Toppings

  • 1/2 apple
  • 1/2 banana
  • sprinkle of chia seeds and hemp hearts
  • some blueberries
  • splash of unsweetened cashew milk
  • optional: bits of protein bars

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients together and microwave for 3 minutes.

  2. Add the toppings as desired.
