Cinnamon Proats A Healthy Breakfast Dish
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 scoop vegan protein powder (vanilla)
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon maca powder
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1/4 cup frozen cauliflower rice
Toppings
- 1/2 apple
- 1/2 banana
- sprinkle of chia seeds and hemp hearts
- some blueberries
- splash of unsweetened cashew milk
- optional: bits of protein bars
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients together and microwave for 3 minutes.
Add the toppings as desired.
