Healthy Vegan Oat Bowl Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 scoop vegan protein powder (vanilla) or break up 1-2 protein bars
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 an apple
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds

Toppings

  • 1/2 banana
  • sprinkle of chia seeds
  • splash of unsweetened cashew mylk
  • frozen and fresh blueberries

Preparation

  1. Mix everything together and microwave for 2 minutes
