Healthy Vegan Oat Bowl Breakfast
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 scoop vegan protein powder (vanilla) or break up 1-2 protein bars
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 an apple
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
Toppings
- 1/2 banana
- sprinkle of chia seeds
- splash of unsweetened cashew mylk
- frozen and fresh blueberries
Preparation
Mix everything together and microwave for 2 minutes
