Thick PB&J Cinnamon Oatmeal Bowl
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup jumbo oats
- 1 tsp flaxseed
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp coconut sugar
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1/3 cup water
Toppings
- frozen blueberries
- rich roast peanut butter
- banana
Preparation
Bring to a boil, then cook until the liquid has been absorbed, stirring with a spatula.
Turn off the heat and leave to thicken with the lid on while you prepare your toppings.
