Thick PB&J Cinnamon Oatmeal Bowl

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup jumbo oats
  • 1 tsp flaxseed
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp coconut sugar
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup water

Toppings

  • frozen blueberries
  • rich roast peanut butter
  • banana

Preparation

  1. Bring to a boil, then cook until the liquid has been absorbed, stirring with a spatula.

  2. Turn off the heat and leave to thicken with the lid on while you prepare your toppings.
