Cinnamon Honey Turmeric Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 packet super spice with turmeric
- 1 tsp maca powder
- 1 tbsp chia seeds, hemp seeds, and flaxmeal
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp honey, agave, or maple syrup
- 1 scoop collagen
Preparation
Stir everything together and store in the fridge overnight.
