Turmeric Oats Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup grated zucchini
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbs chia seeds
  • 1 scoop collagen
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of black pepper

Preparation

  1. Combine oats, almond milk, turmeric, cinnamon, black pepper, and chia seeds in a saucepan.

  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until oats are soft and mixture thickens, about 5-10 minutes.

  3. Stir in grated zucchini, vanilla protein powder, and collagen.

  4. Serve warm in a bowl.
