Turmeric Oats Breakfast Bowl
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup grated zucchini
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 tbs chia seeds
- 1 scoop collagen
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of black pepper
Preparation
Combine oats, almond milk, turmeric, cinnamon, black pepper, and chia seeds in a saucepan.
Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until oats are soft and mixture thickens, about 5-10 minutes.
Stir in grated zucchini, vanilla protein powder, and collagen.
Serve warm in a bowl.
