Cozy Turmeric Oats Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats milk
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 scoop @vitalproteins collagen (optional)
  • 1 tbs chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • Crack of black pepper

Toppings

  • Chopped peaches
  • Raspberries
  • Blueberries
  • Shredded coconut
  • A dollop of @wundercreamery yogurt

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients except protein powder and collagen to a pot and cook on stovetop until desired consistency.

  2. Remove from heat and stir in protein powder and collagen if using.

  3. Pour into a bowl and add favorite toppings.
