Cozy Turmeric Oats Breakfast Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 cup oats milk
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 scoop @vitalproteins collagen (optional)
- 1 tbs chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- Crack of black pepper
Toppings
- Chopped peaches
- Raspberries
- Blueberries
- Shredded coconut
- A dollop of @wundercreamery yogurt
Preparation
Add all ingredients except protein powder and collagen to a pot and cook on stovetop until desired consistency.
Remove from heat and stir in protein powder and collagen if using.
Pour into a bowl and add favorite toppings.
