Delicious Chia Oat Pudding with Almond Milk
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. @salbachia chia seeds
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1 tsp. @beekeepers_naturals superfood honey
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. maca powder
Preparation
Stir everything together
Store in a container or cover the bowl
Keep in the fridge overnight
Add an extra splash of almond milk in the morning
