Delicious Chia Oat Pudding with Almond Milk

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. @salbachia chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tsp. @beekeepers_naturals superfood honey
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. maca powder

Preparation

  1. Stir everything together

  2. Store in a container or cover the bowl

  3. Keep in the fridge overnight

  4. Add an extra splash of almond milk in the morning
