Cinnamon Oatmeal with Flaxseed, Banana, and Almond Milk

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Sliced banana (optional)
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 cup almond milk

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a saucepan.

  2. Bring all ingredients to a simmer on the stovetop.

  3. Allow to cook and thicken for about 3 minutes and remove from stove.

  4. Serve along with fruit or other fun toppings as you wish.
