Delicious Cardamom Oatmeal with Banana and Almond Milk
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of cardamom
- Pinch of salt
- 1 mashed banana
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a sauce pan and bring to a simmer.
Allow oats to cook and thicken for about 3-5 minutes while stirring.
