Cozy Maca Oatmeal Breakfast with Banana

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup quick oats
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
  • 1/2 tsp maca powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 sliced up banana

Preparation

  1. Combine all dry ingredients and make sure there aren’t any big clumps.

  2. Add in liquids and banana and then bring to a simmer on the stove top.

  3. Cook and stir until thickened, about 3 minutes.

  4. Then remove from the stove top.

  5. Serve as desired.
