Overnight Oats with Banana and Nuts

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • Splash of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 banana

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients except banana to a Tupperware container.

  2. Stir to combine and place in the fridge overnight.

  3. Before eating, mash the banana and add it, then stir.

  4. Add any extra toppings you enjoy such as kiwi, cherries, blueberries, or walnuts.

  5. If adding nuts directly to soak, include an extra 1/4 cup liquid to help them absorb moisture.
