Ginger Coconut Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, minced or 1/2 tsp ginger powder
- 1 tbsp coconut flakes
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 banana, sliced
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and stir to combine
Bring to a simmer over low to medium heat for 3-5 minutes, stirring to prevent sticking
Remove from heat and serve in a bowl topped with fruit
