Maca Cinnamon Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- Vanilla
- Cinnamon
- 1 tsp maca powder
- Water
- A splash of almond milk
- A pinch of pink salt
Toppings
- Bananas
- White almond butter
- Puffed rice and quinoa
- A splash of coconut milk
Preparation
Combine oats, maca powder, cinnamon, vanilla, water, almond milk, and pink salt in a pot and cook over medium heat until the oats are soft and creamy.
Slice the bananas and fry them in a non-stick pan with a sprinkle of cinnamon until golden brown.
Top the cooked oats with the fried bananas, white almond butter, puffed rice and quinoa, and a splash of coconut milk.
