Maca Cinnamon Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • Vanilla
  • Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • Water
  • A splash of almond milk
  • A pinch of pink salt

Toppings

  • Bananas
  • White almond butter
  • Puffed rice and quinoa
  • A splash of coconut milk

Preparation

  1. Combine oats, maca powder, cinnamon, vanilla, water, almond milk, and pink salt in a pot and cook over medium heat until the oats are soft and creamy.

  2. Slice the bananas and fry them in a non-stick pan with a sprinkle of cinnamon until golden brown.

  3. Top the cooked oats with the fried bananas, white almond butter, puffed rice and quinoa, and a splash of coconut milk.
