Quick Cinnamon and Turmeric Oats Breakfast Bowl
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- pinch of turmeric
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- berries
- mango
- coconut
- grain and seed mix
- cashew butter
Preparation
Reheat the berries.
Combine all the ingredients for the oats base in a microwave-safe bowl and stir to mix.
Heat the mixture in the microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds.
If the oats mixture is too dry, add a little more almond milk to reach the desired consistency.
While the oats are heating, cut the mango into pieces.
Add the toppings: coconut, grain and seed mix, and cashew butter to the bowl.
