Quick Cinnamon and Turmeric Oats Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • pinch of turmeric
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • berries
  • mango
  • coconut
  • grain and seed mix
  • cashew butter

Preparation

  1. Reheat the berries.

  2. Combine all the ingredients for the oats base in a microwave-safe bowl and stir to mix.

  3. Heat the mixture in the microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds.

  4. If the oats mixture is too dry, add a little more almond milk to reach the desired consistency.

  5. While the oats are heating, cut the mango into pieces.

  6. Add the toppings: coconut, grain and seed mix, and cashew butter to the bowl.
