Healthy Turmeric Steel Cut Oats Breakfast
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup steel cut oats
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Toppings
- strawberries
- almond milk greek yogurt
- chia seeds
- granola
- toasted coconut shreds
Preparation
Soak the steel cut oats overnight and rinse them.
Combine all ingredients over medium heat.
Simmer until thick and creamy.
Top with desired toppings.
