Overnight Apple Crisp Oats Breakfast
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 3/4 cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 small apple
Toppings
- peanut butter
- more chopped apple
- flax seed
Preparation
Remove skin and chop the apple
Combine all ingredients in a sealed jar
Place in the fridge overnight
In the morning, eat as is or add the toppings
