Overnight Apple Crisp Oats Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 small apple

Toppings

  • peanut butter
  • more chopped apple
  • flax seed

Preparation

  1. Remove skin and chop the apple

  2. Combine all ingredients in a sealed jar

  3. Place in the fridge overnight

  4. In the morning, eat as is or add the toppings
