Monkey Business Breakfast Recipe
Ingredients
- 6 tbsp rolled oats
- 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
- 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
- 150 ml almond milk
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 banana
- dark chocolate (you choose how much you want?)
Preparation
Mix all ingredients except peanut butter, banana and chocolate and refrigerate overnight or for at least a couple of hours
It should be thick, but not dry
If so, add a little bit more yoghurt
Serve with the rest of the ingredients
That's it! I first pressed some banana slices in the glass jar and then poured the overnight oats in, but you can eat it however you like ?
