Monkey Business Breakfast Recipe

Ingredients

  • 6 tbsp rolled oats⁠
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seeds⁠
  • 1/2 tbsp chia seeds⁠
  • 150 ml almond milk⁠
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter⁠
  • 1 banana⁠
  • dark chocolate (you choose how much you want?)⁠

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients except peanut butter, banana and chocolate and refrigerate overnight or for at least a couple of hours

  2. It should be thick, but not dry

  3. If so, add a little bit more yoghurt

  4. Serve with the rest of the ingredients

  5. That's it! I first pressed some banana slices in the glass jar and then poured the overnight oats in, but you can eat it however you like ?⁠
