Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats (50g)
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon mixed seeds
- 1 teaspoon coconut flour (optional)
- 1 cup diced mango
- 1 cup liquid (1/2 milk+1/2 water)
- Smidge of nut butter
- Vanilla extract or preferred flavour
Preparation
Mix everything well
Set it in the fridge
Eat as a chilled breakfast straight from the fridge
