Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup chopped mango
  • 1 mandarine segmented and diced
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon flax meal
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon orange or vanilla extract
  • 2 cups plant based mylk

Preparation

  1. Combine all your ingredients in a large container and refrigerate overnight.
