Post Workout Maple Vanilla Chia Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2cup rolled oats
  • 2tsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 2tsp of maple syrup

Preparation

  1. On the stovetop cook the oats and chia seeds in the almond milk

  2. Mix in the maple syrup once it’s done cooking (it should be pretty thick and creamy)

  3. Topped with frozen mixed berries, PB2, cacao nibs, and hemp seeds
