Peanut Butter and Jelly Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 c rolled oats
- 1 c unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 1/2 tbsp peanut powder
- 1 tsp runny PB
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 2 scoops protein powder
- 1/3 c frozen mixed berries
Preparation
Mix or shake everything together in a sealable container, then store in the fridge overnight or for a few hours.
For the jelly part, warm a small pan on medium heat and cook the berries until mashable.
You can either do this prior to refrigerating the oats and mix the cooked berries in, or after and put them on top.
Top with banana and cacao nibs.
