Lemon Poppyseed Overnight Oats Breakfast Idea

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup quick oats
  • 1/2 teaspoon poppyseeds
  • 1 Tablespoon chia seeds
  • 3/4 cups plant based milk
  • 1/4 cup vanilla plant based yogurt, or more milk
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 Tablespoon maple syrup or other sweetener
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
  • Lemon zest, optional

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients well in a jar or bowl.

  2. Allow to sit at least 20 minutes or overnight.

  3. Enjoy and have a great day.
