Lemon Poppyseed Overnight Oats Breakfast Idea
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup quick oats
- 1/2 teaspoon poppyseeds
- 1 Tablespoon chia seeds
- 3/4 cups plant based milk
- 1/4 cup vanilla plant based yogurt, or more milk
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 Tablespoon maple syrup or other sweetener
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- Lemon zest, optional
Preparation
Mix all ingredients well in a jar or bowl.
Allow to sit at least 20 minutes or overnight.
