Peanut Butter and Jelly Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup soy milk
  • 2 scoops peanut butter protein powder
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • a dash of salt
  • vanilla extract
  • fresh or frozen strawberries or raspberries
  • fresh blueberries

Preparation

  1. Mix 1 cup of rolled oats, 1 cup of soy milk, 2 scoops of peanut butter protein powder, 2 tsp of cinnamon, 1 tbsp of almond butter, a dash of salt, and vanilla extract.

  2. Place fresh or frozen strawberries or raspberries at the bottom of your container.

  3. Fill the container with the oat mixture.

  4. Place in the fridge overnight.

  5. Top with some fresh blueberries and a generous drizzle of almond butter before serving.
