Date Sweetened Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/4 tsp ginger powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1 mashed medjool date
- 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a Tupperware container and mix together
Set in the fridge overnight and make sure to give a nice stir before serving
Top as you’d like and enjoy
