Overnight Chia Oats Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 spoon chia seeds
  • 1/3 grated zucchini
  • 1 cup hazelnut milk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Cinnamon syrup

Toppings

  • Frozen raspberries
  • Fig
  • Pumpkin spiced almond butter

Preparation

  1. Combine all the base ingredients in a bowl and mix well

  2. Refrigerate the mixture overnight to allow it to thicken.

  3. In the morning, add the toppings

  4. Serve cold or heat in the microwave for 2 minutes.
