Creamy Tahini Chocolate Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup vegan milk
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1-2 dates, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp tahini
  • 1/2 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 Tbsp raw cacao powder
  • Pinch of pink sea salt
  • Pinch cinnamon and nutmeg (optional)

Preparation

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a jar and leave in the refrigerator overnight.

  2. The next day, you can eat it as it is or cook for a couple of minutes, stirring frequently.

  3. Add a bit more milk if needed.

  4. Top with fresh fruits, homemade chocolates, bee pollen, shredded coconut or anything else you would like to.
