Overnight Oats on the Go
Ingredients
- 1.5 cups non dairy milk
- 1 cup oats
- 1/2 cup @greenvalleycreamery yogurt
- 2 tbs chia seeds
- 1 scoop vanilla protein
- cinnamon
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients into your almost empty yogurt container.
Give it a good mix and secure the lid and place it in the fridge over night.
The next morning, top with your favorite berries and a good drizzle of peanut butter and enjoy.
