Overnight Oats on the Go

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups non dairy milk
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup @greenvalleycreamery yogurt
  • 2 tbs chia seeds
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein
  • cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients into your almost empty yogurt container.

  2. Give it a good mix and secure the lid and place it in the fridge over night.

  3. The next morning, top with your favorite berries and a good drizzle of peanut butter and enjoy.
