Carrot Cake Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup oats
- 1 cup plant milk
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- A few tbsp grated carrot
- Handful chopped walnuts
- Sweetener of choice
Spices
- cinnamon
- nutmeg
- ginger
- cardamom
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients together and let it sit overnight.
The next day take it out of the fridge and serve with your favorite toppings.
