Warm Carrot Cake Oatmeal Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1.5 cups milk or water
  • 1 small carrot, grated or chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 scoop vital proteins collagen
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Grate or chop your carrot into small pieces.

  2. Add all ingredients except the collagen and protein powder to a small pot over medium heat.

  3. Cook for 3-5 minutes or until most of the liquid is absorbed.

  4. Turn off the heat and mix in the protein powder.

  5. Top with desired toppings and enjoy.
