Warm Carrot Cake Oatmeal Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- 1.5 cups milk or water
- 1 small carrot, grated or chopped
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 scoop vital proteins collagen
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- pinch of salt
Preparation
Grate or chop your carrot into small pieces.
Add all ingredients except the collagen and protein powder to a small pot over medium heat.
Cook for 3-5 minutes or until most of the liquid is absorbed.
Turn off the heat and mix in the protein powder.
Top with desired toppings and enjoy.
