Zucchini Tahini and Rose Water Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 cup grated zucchini
  • 3/4 cup nut milk
  • 1/4 cup rose water
  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 Tbsp Tahini
  • 2 tsp maple syrup (or more)
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • pinch of sea salt (optional)
  • 2 tsp maca powder (optional)

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients into jars and refrigerate overnight.

  2. Next day, eat as is or put in a saucepan and cook on medium heat for a couple of minutes, stirring constantly.

  3. Add a bit more milk if needed.

  4. Top with cacao nibs, fresh fruits, nuts, or nut butter.
