Zucchini Tahini and Rose Water Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 cup grated zucchini
- 3/4 cup nut milk
- 1/4 cup rose water
- 2 Tbsp chia seeds
- 2 Tbsp Tahini
- 2 tsp maple syrup (or more)
- 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- pinch of sea salt (optional)
- 2 tsp maca powder (optional)
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients into jars and refrigerate overnight.
Next day, eat as is or put in a saucepan and cook on medium heat for a couple of minutes, stirring constantly.
Add a bit more milk if needed.
Top with cacao nibs, fresh fruits, nuts, or nut butter.
