Chia Oats and Seeds Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp chia
  • 2 tbsp oats
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • cinnamon
  • almond milk
  • water
  • apple
  • frozen blueberries
  • tahini

Preparation

  1. Mix 2 tbsp of chia, 2 tbsp of oats, 1 tbsp of hemp seeds, 1 tbsp of ground flaxseed, and some cinnamon with almond milk and water.

  2. Let the mixture sit for an hour.

  3. Heat frozen blueberries to make a blueberry compote.

  4. Top the mixture with apple, the blueberry compote, tahini, and more cinnamon.
