Chia Oats and Seeds Breakfast Bowl
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp chia
- 2 tbsp oats
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- cinnamon
- almond milk
- water
- apple
- frozen blueberries
- tahini
Preparation
Mix 2 tbsp of chia, 2 tbsp of oats, 1 tbsp of hemp seeds, 1 tbsp of ground flaxseed, and some cinnamon with almond milk and water.
Let the mixture sit for an hour.
Heat frozen blueberries to make a blueberry compote.
Top the mixture with apple, the blueberry compote, tahini, and more cinnamon.
