Cinnamon Apple Oats Made on Stove

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 apple
  • cinnamon
  • ground flax
  • chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • peanut butter

Preparation

  1. Bring 1 cup almond milk to a boil with half of the chopped apple, cinnamon, ground flax, and chia seeds.

  2. Add 1/2 cup oats and stir until cooked.

  3. Top with the remaining half of the apple (raw), more cinnamon, and peanut butter.

Tips

  1. Cooking oats on the stove makes them thicker and tastier than in the microwave.

  2. Consider allocating more time in the morning for this method.
