Healthy Cauliflower Rice Oatmeal Breakfast
Ingredients
- 200 ml almond milk
- 3 tablespoons cauliflower rice (frozen)
- 1/2 apple
- 1 tablespoon raisins
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 3 tablespoons oats
Toppings
- cinnamon
- peanut butter
- pomegranate seeds
- quinoa puffs
- cacao nibs
Preparation
Put 200 ml of almond milk in a saucepan.
Add 3 tablespoons of cauliflower rice.
Add 1/2 apple, 1 tablespoon of raisins, and 1 teaspoon of chia seeds.
Let it cook for 10 minutes.
Add 3 tablespoons of oats.
Add a splash of almond milk and let it rest for 5 more minutes.
Add toppings such as cinnamon, peanut butter, pomegranate seeds, quinoa puffs, and cacao nibs.
