Healthy Cauliflower Rice Oatmeal Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 200 ml almond milk
  • 3 tablespoons cauliflower rice (frozen)
  • 1/2 apple
  • 1 tablespoon raisins
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 3 tablespoons oats

Toppings

  • cinnamon
  • peanut butter
  • pomegranate seeds
  • quinoa puffs
  • cacao nibs

Preparation

  1. Put 200 ml of almond milk in a saucepan.

  2. Add 3 tablespoons of cauliflower rice.

  3. Add 1/2 apple, 1 tablespoon of raisins, and 1 teaspoon of chia seeds.

  4. Let it cook for 10 minutes.

  5. Add 3 tablespoons of oats.

  6. Add a splash of almond milk and let it rest for 5 more minutes.

  7. Add toppings such as cinnamon, peanut butter, pomegranate seeds, quinoa puffs, and cacao nibs.

  8. Enjoy.
