Homemade Apple Pie Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 80g oats
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1-2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 400-500ml liquid (oatmilk, coconut milk, or water)
  • Cinnamon and vanilla (to taste)
  • Pinch of salt (optional)
  • 1 green apple

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients together.

  2. Leave in the fridge for a few hours or overnight.
