Homemade Apple Pie Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 80g oats
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1-2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 400-500ml liquid (oatmilk, coconut milk, or water)
- Cinnamon and vanilla (to taste)
- Pinch of salt (optional)
- 1 green apple
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together.
Leave in the fridge for a few hours or overnight.
