Creamy Chocolate Oats Breakfast Bowl
Ingredients
- 1.5 cups rolled oats
- 2 cups almond milk
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1-2 tablespoons liquid sweetener (honey, agave, or maple syrup)
Toppings
- peanut butter
- blueberries
- granola
- hemp seeds
- pumpkin seeds
- cinnamon
Preparation
Combine 1.5 cups rolled oats, 2 cups almond milk, 1 tablespoon cocoa powder, and 1-2 tablespoons liquid sweetener in a medium saucepan.
Bring to a simmer and cook until desired thickness.
Top with peanut butter, blueberries, granola, hemp seeds, pumpkin seeds, and cinnamon.
