Pumpkin Spiced Cauli Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 cup frozen cauli rice
- Splash of almond milk
- Pinch of salt
- Cinnamon
- 1 tsp pumpkin spiced almond butter
- 1 egg white (optional)
Toppings
- Frozen blueberries
- Fig
Preparation
Soak the 1/2 cup oats.
Combine the soaked oats with 1/2 cup frozen cauli rice, a splash of almond milk, a pinch of salt, cinnamon, and 1 tsp pumpkin spiced almond butter in a bowl.
If using, add 1 egg white and mix well to thicken.
Top with frozen blueberries and fig.
