Carrot Cake Porridge

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1/2 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 grated carrot
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg; ?1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 or 2 tsp maple syrup
  • Pinch sea salt

Preparation

  1. Simply put all ingredients in a saucepan and cook on medium heat until it starts getting thicker

  2. Add more milk if needed

  3. Top with fresh fruits, shredded coconut, almond butter or nuts
