Carrot Cake Porridge
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup oats
- 1/2 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1 grated carrot
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg; ?1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 or 2 tsp maple syrup
- Pinch sea salt
Preparation
Simply put all ingredients in a saucepan and cook on medium heat until it starts getting thicker
Add more milk if needed
Top with fresh fruits, shredded coconut, almond butter or nuts
