porridge with fruit
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- pinch of salt
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1/2 small zucchini, grated
- 1 date or small banana, diced
- 1 cup unsweetened almond
- 1-2 tbsp coconut cream (optional)
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to a simmer
Stir and cook for about 5 minutes or until oats are nice and fluffy
Adjust salt to taste and if needed, feel free to sweeten more as desired
Love to add some extra nut butter and fruit on top of mine for more flavor
